The day will be led by the Revd Dr Alastair McKay who has over 25 years’ experience of working the Friendly Style Profile, and who has seen it unlock insight for many hundreds of clergy. The study day uses Gilmore and Fraleigh’s Friendly Style Profile to enable you to understand yourself as a leader and how to manage yourself and to bring out the best in others.
Participants will be encouraged to accept and manage their styles rather than to change them. It’s especially helpful if you can come along with a clergy team member; but you are welcome to come by yourself.
Please note an online questionnaire has to be completed by Wednesday 3rd November 2021 in order for you to attend this CMD day.
Coffee will be served from 9.30am for a prompt start at 10.00am.
A light sandwich lunch will be provided (vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options will be available).
Please note this training is only open to Clergy in the Diocese of London.
